How subscriptions work

Purchase online via our website, or simply call us and we’ll set up your subscription together. ~ 250.427.8200

  • Step 1

    Choose either a bouquet or vase subscription.

  • Step 2

    Select the preferred size (small, medium, large, or extra large.)

  • Step 3

    Simply select a preferred frequency (how often).

  • Step 4

    Choose how to receive the flowers: local delivery or pick-up in store. 

What happens:

  • First, follow steps 1-4 above to purchase the subscription online.
  • At check out, fill in the required information and provide payment details.
  • Upon receipt of payment, two emails will be sent. 

One is a purchase confirmation. 
The second email provides a link to access your online customer portal. 

Customer Portal

Subscribers can then change the details of their subscription purchase according to their preferences, including pausing the subscription, cancelling, or skipping a date in their subscription schedule.

Payments & Duration

Payments are automatically processed on the scheduled day of pick-up or delivery. Payments are automatically pre-set for one year, but can be edited or altered to your preference via the customer portal.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the selected interval or frequency (how often).

When a Subscription is purchased, customers receive access to an online portal where they can schedule and edit the subscription details: change frequency, length of time, and more. 

For example, a monthly subscription will automatically charge the credit card on file each month, without the need to resubmit the order.

Can a subscription be paused or cancelled?

Absolutely. A subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time in the customer portal, or simply give us a call.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

Skip or reschedule charges in the customer portal. Each subscription will have a Skip payment button next to it, which can be used to skip the charge. Reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can products be added to the subscription?

Yup. Products can be added to the subscription in the customer portal. 

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed, an email with a link will be sent requesting updates to the payment method.
